Sidewall Cleated Belt

 

The sidewall belt works by fitted flexible sides and cross cleats onto a flat base belt, which form rubber pockets. Material is loaded onto the belt and is transported along the conveying line within the box section. Once loaded onto the system, the material remains stationary until the point of discharge, evn though the conveying line involves several changes in direction, ie horizonatal, incline.

 

the sidewall elevating system has the ability to load material on one level onto another without transfer points. However, the supporting structure and components are teh same as in conventional belting , and as teh sidewall system takes less space to acheive required lift heights, the number of moving parts is much less!
